Biscoff Tea Latte Salted Cream

INGREDIENTS

Biscoff Tea Latte Salted Cream

150ml Brewed Black Tea
15ml Speculoos Syrup
40ml Dutch Lady UHT Milk
40ml Debic Duo Whip
200g Ice
30ml Salted Cream Cloud (10ml Saline Solution:30ml Duo Whip)
Crushed Biscoff

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing glass, combine brewed black tea and Speculoos syrup. Set aside.
  2. In a serving glass, combine DL UHT Milk and Debic Duo Whip and stir.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Layer the prepared brewed tea with flavor.
  5. Garnish with salted cream cloud made of hand whipped Duo whipped cream and saline solution.
  6. Dust with crushed Biscoff on top.
