INGREDIENTS

Biscoff Tea Latte Salted Cream

150ml Brewed Black Tea
15ml Speculoos Syrup
40ml Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk
40ml Debic Duo Whip
200g Ice
30ml Salted Cream Cloud (10ml Saline Solution:30ml Duo Whip)
Crushed Biscoff

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing glass, combine brewed black tea and Speculoos syrup. Set aside.

  2. In a serving glass, combine Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk and Debic Duo Whip, then stir.

  3. Add ice.

  4. Layer with the prepared brewed tea mixture.

  5. Garnish with a salted cream cloud made of hand-whipped Duo Whip cream and saline solution.

  6. Dust with crushed Biscoff on top.
