INGREDIENTS
Bobo Matcha
Milk 150ml
MONIN Purple Sweet Potato infused Ginger and Pandan 20 ml
Pure Matcha Powder 4g
Water 25ml
DIRECTIONS
- In a matcha bowl, add in matcha powder and water, whisk until no clumps.
- Add in syrup and milk into a glass, fill with ice.
- Gently pour and float matcha on top.
