Coconut Aren Cream Coffee

DUTCH LADY PROFESSIONAL BARISTA MILK

Specially crafted for the demands of modern cafés, Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk is the result of over 150 years of Dutch dairy expertise. It delivers consistently excellent microfoam, a clean taste, and a beautifully balanced flavour that perfectly complements both coffee and tea.

INGREDIENTS

Coconut Aren Cream Coffee

15ml Coconut syrup​

1 shot Espresso​

150ml Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk​

200g Ice​

20ml Palm sugar syrup​

60ml Debic Duowhip​

Dash of Palm sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing vessel, combine palm sugar syrup and Debic Duowhip.​

  2. Lightly whip until flowy in consistency, then set aside.​

  3. In a serving glass, combine and stir milk with coconut syrup.​

  4. Fill the glass with ice.​

  5. Gently pour in the espresso shot.​

  6. Layer with palm sugar–infused cream on top and finish with a dash of palm sugar.
