DUTCH LADY PROFESSIONAL BARISTA MILK

Specially crafted for the demands of modern cafés, Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk is the result of over 150 years of Dutch dairy expertise. It delivers consistently excellent microfoam, a clean taste, and a beautifully balanced flavour that perfectly complements both coffee and tea.

INGREDIENTS

Berry Roses Garden

20ml Strawberry Syrup
10ml 
Vanilla Sugar-Free
100ml Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk infused rose petal 
(10g vs 100ml)
Debic Whipping Cream 35%

3g Matcha Powder
20ml Water (50 - 60c)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Infuse rose petals with DLP barista milk overnight (at least 16 hours).

  2. Dissolve matcha with water and whisk until smooth with no clumps.

  3. In a jar, add Debic whipping cream, matcha, and Vanilla Sugar-Free syrup.

  4. Mix well, then whisk until the desired texture is achieved.

  5. Fill a glass with ice, then add barista milk and strawberry syrup.

  6. Stir well and gently float the matcha cream on top.

  7. Garnish as desired.
