Specially crafted for the demands of modern cafés, Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk is the result of over 150 years of Dutch dairy expertise. It delivers consistently excellent microfoam, a clean taste, and a beautifully balanced flavour that perfectly complements both coffee and tea.

INGREDIENTS

Walnut-miss-u

1 scoop Monin Sipping Chocolate Powder
10ml Monin Walnut Brownies Syrup
100ml Debic Whipping Cream 35%
100ml Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk
40ml Water (80 - 85c)
Cookies Crumble as desired
Pinch of Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Debic whipping cream and a pinch of salt in a mixing jar.

  2. Whisk until the desired texture is achieved.

  3. Dissolve chocolate powder with water and whisk until smooth with no clumps.

  4. Add syrup and mix well.

  5. Fill a glass with ice, then add milk.

  6. Float the salted cream on top and sprinkle cookie crumbles over the cream.
