DUTCH LADY PROFESSIONAL BARISTA MILK

Specially crafted for the demands of modern cafés, Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk is the result of over 150 years of Dutch dairy expertise. It delivers consistently excellent microfoam, a clean taste, and a beautifully balanced flavour that perfectly complements both coffee and tea.

INGREDIENTS

Frozen Elsa

8ml White Grape Syrup
20ml Blue Flower Tea
Ice
80ml Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk
30ml+10ml Duo-whip + Gula Apong (mix)
Garnish with Coconut Flakes  
Dry Ice at the bottom  

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in white grape syrup.
  2. Add blue flower tea.
  3. Slowly pour in DLP Barista Milk.
  4. Top with gula apong foam and garnish with coconut flakes.
