150g Mango
150g Greek Yogurt
30g Fructose
100g Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk
13g Chocolate
20g Hot Water
1:2 Duo Whip Milk + Barista Milk (mix)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend mango, fructose, ice, and DLP Barista Milk together, then set aside.
- Melt chocolate with hot water and mix into Duowhip milk mix.
- Pour both mixtures into the glass, half and half.
- Top with Debic Whipped Dairy Cream, then garnish with mango cubes and cocoa nibs.
