Cold brew Ethiopian Peach

INGREDIENTS
Cold brew Ethiopian Peach
30g Monin Peach Syrup
90g Dutch Lady Professional Fresh Milk
40g Ehiopian Cold Brew Coffee
50g Whipping Cream
10g Monin Peach Syrup
Garnish: Freeze-Dried Strawberry
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare cold brew one day in advance: using 50g grinded Ethiopian coffee with 200g room temperature water, keep in chiller overnight for 12hrs, then sieve over paper filter to extract the cold brew coffee.
- Fill up glass with fresh milk and 25g peach syrup, then mix it well.
- Using a spoon, slowly pour the cold brew into the glass to create a layer on top.
- In a separate jug, whisk the cream with 10g of peach syrup, and then pour slowly into the glass to create a layer of cream on top.
- Garnish with crushed freeze-dried strawberry powder.
