Tiramisu Matcha

DUTCH LADY PROFESSIONAL BARISTA MILK

Specially crafted for the demands of modern cafés, Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk is the result of over 150 years of Dutch dairy expertise. It delivers consistently excellent microfoam, a clean taste, and a beautifully balanced flavour that perfectly complements both coffee and tea.

INGREDIENTS

Tiramisu Matcha

30ml Espresso​

5g Matcha powder​

50ml Warm water​

150ml Dutch Lady Professional Barista Milk (Cold)​

180g Ice​

4pcs Lady finger​

60ml Debic 35% cream​

20g Mascarpone cheese​

100 ml Brewed coffee​

Dash Matcha powder

DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing container, combine Debic cream and mascarpone cheese, then set aside.​

  • In a mixing vessel, dissolve matcha powder with warm water.​

  • Fill a glass with ice.​

  • Pour in milk and the matcha mixture.​

  • Layer with an espresso shot.​

  • Garnish with a thin layer of the cream-and-cheese mixture, soaked ladyfinger, and another layer of the cream-and-cheese mixture.​

  • Finish with a dusting of matcha powder on top.
